Job Description:
At Marketecture, the Compliance Caller welcomes new clients to the company and reviews their order, payment method and answers general questions. The primary responsibility of the compliance officer is to make customers feel confident with their recent purchase and comfortable with working with our customer support team. The compliance must exude a positive and professional image of the company through their interactions with the customers.

Position Information:
Number of Openings: 1 Part TIme
Compensation: $9.00/hr 
Work schedule: 8am to 2pm or 2pm to 8pm

Requirements

 

Qualifications:
• High School Diploma
• Prior experience in customer service
• Excellent written and verbal English language communication skills

Primary Responsibilities:
• Welcome new customers to the company
• Provide customers with product and service information
• Transfer customer calls to appropriate staff
• Identify, research, and resolve customer issues using the internal billing system
• Follow-up on customer inquires not immediately resolved
• Research billing issues
• Recognize, document and alert the supervisor of trends in customer calls
• Recommend process improvements
• Other duties as assigned

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
• Computer literate with the ability to learn customer service software applications
• Duties require professional verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to type 30 wpm
